These terms apply whenever you make a booking, walk-in enquiry, or purchase from Peaklyft (Peaklyft Beauty Atelier Sdn Bhd). By submitting a booking request or attending an appointment you agree to them. They are written in plain English; if anything is unclear, please ask us before your visit.
All services at Peaklyft are by appointment. We do not accept walk-ins because our schedule is single-occupancy per chair. Each appointment is reserved for one named guest and cannot be transferred to a third party without our written agreement at least 24 hours in advance.
A deposit of RM 50 applies to all first-time appointments and any session longer than 2 hours. Deposits are credited to the final bill on the day of the appointment. Deposits are refundable in full if you cancel more than 24 hours before the appointment.
We hold your chair for 15 minutes after the booked start time. Beyond that, your slot may be released to a waiting guest and we will work with you to reschedule. We do not shorten the service to recover lost time, because the resulting set would not meet our standard.
You agree to disclose any allergies, medical conditions, recent procedures, medications (particularly accutane, retinoids, or blood thinners), and recent skin treatments that could affect the safety or outcome of the service. Where required, a patch test will be carried out 24 hours before the procedure. We reserve the right to decline a service if suitability cannot be confirmed.
All prices on this website are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and are inclusive of any applicable service tax. Add-ons and combinations are quoted before they are performed, never afterwards.
Our liability for any one appointment is limited to the value of the service paid for. We do not exclude liability for personal injury caused by our negligence, and nothing in these terms reduces your rights under Malaysian consumer protection law.
Before/after photos are taken only with your explicit, written consent at the chair. You may withdraw consent at any time by emailing us; we will delete the photos within 21 working days. The studio does not use closed-circuit television.
We ask all guests to behave respectfully towards our team and other guests. We reserve the right to end a session and decline future bookings in the rare case of abusive or unsafe behaviour, retaining any deposit paid.
