Mapped to your eye

Each set begins with a 15-minute mapping — lash directionality, curl pairing, and weight calibrated to your natural fan, never to a template.

Single-use trays

Adhesives are decanted to single-use beads, isolation tweezers are autoclaved between guests, and brow blades are sealed-pack until the moment they meet skin.

Tropical-grade adhesive

We carry three humidity-tuned bonds — including a slow-set for sensitive eyes — tested in our KL studio at 30 °C and 78 % RH.

No pushy upsells

Quotes are flat, after-care is included, and we will tell you honestly if a brow lamination or henna stain is the better fit before booking the bigger appointment.

The studio

One floor above Bukit Bintang, one guest at a time per chair

Peaklyft sits on level four of Pavilion Elite — far enough from the street that you cannot hear the LRT, close enough that you can walk in from KLCC or Bukit Bintang Monorail in eight minutes. The room is intentionally quiet: no piped pop, no overlapping bookings, no double-stacked chairs.

Our four full-time lash artists each hold a Lash Inc Academy certificate, and we are signed members of the Malaysian Lash & Brow Council since 2022. Adhesives are bench-tested for the local humidity band rather than imported "as is" from cooler markets.

If your last fill was 2–3 weeks ago, slot a refill before retention drops below 40 %. If you are new to extensions, a 20-minute consultation will map curl, length and weight before any commitment.

From doorbell to send-off

Step 01

Consult & map

You arrive 10 minutes early. We talk lifestyle — gym, swim, screen time — then sketch a lash map on a film overlay.

Step 02

Cleanse

An oil-free foam removes all skincare and SPF residue. The lash line is patch-dried and pH-balanced for the bond.

Step 03

Application

1.5 to 3.5 hours, depending on style. You can rest your eyes, listen to a podcast, or just sleep.

Step 04

Set, brush & send-off

A nano-mister cures the adhesive, the set is brushed through, and you walk out with a printed after-care card and a follow-up text in 7 days.

Common questions

Before you book

How long does a full classic set take?
Plan for 1 hour 45 minutes to 2 hours. A first-time appointment includes the consultation and after-care walkthrough, so allow 2 hours 15 minutes for your debut visit.
What is the difference between Hybrid and Russian Volume?
Hybrid is roughly 60 % classic singles and 40 % handmade 3D fans — soft fullness with texture. Russian Volume is 100 % ultrafine 4D–8D fans, denser and fluffier. Russian sets need 3 to 3.5 hours.
How often do I need refills?
Every 2 to 3 weeks for classic and hybrid, every 2 to 2.5 weeks for Russian Volume. Anything past 4 weeks counts as a fresh full set.
Do you take a deposit?
Yes. RM 50 to secure any first-time appointment or any session longer than 2 hours, applied directly to the bill. Deposits are refundable up to 24 hours before your slot.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations more than 24 hours ahead are free. Inside 24 hours, the RM 50 deposit is retained as a service fee for the artist's reserved time.
I have sensitive eyes — can I still get extensions?
Often, yes. We carry a low-fume slow-set adhesive and we do a complimentary 24-hour patch test before any full set if you have flagged reactions in the past.
Do you do brows for men?
Absolutely. Around 18 % of our brow guests in 2026 have been men — lamination, shaping and a discreet brow tint are the most common bookings.
Where exactly is the studio?
Level 4, Pavilion Elite, 168 Jalan Bukit Bintang. Use the Pavilion Elite lift lobby on Changkat Bukit Bintang; we are on the fourth floor, suite 4.18, marked with a brass plate.
