Peaklyft started in late 2017 in a borrowed back room of a Hartamas salon — two lash artists, one brow technician, no walk-ins. By 2020 we had outgrown the room and signed for a quiet fourth-floor unit at Pavilion Elite, where we have stayed since. The set-up has barely changed: small team, single-occupancy chairs, no piped music.
Most KL lash studios book three to four guests per chair per day. Peaklyft books two, sometimes three. The maths is straightforward: 90 to 120 minutes of physical isolation work, plus 20 minutes of consultation and an honest 15-minute reset between guests for sterilisation. Anything less than this and corners get cut on lash health.
Every artist on the floor has worked at least five years before joining us, holds a current Lash Inc Academy certificate, and re-tests for adhesive handling every six months. Our isolation tweezer set, currently 18 strong, is rotated through an autoclave cycle daily — not just rinsed.

Senior lash artist. Specialises in wet-look and Kim-K mega-volume sets, and runs our quarterly retention audits.
Lash artist. Quietest hands in the room; preferred by guests with sensitive eyes and contact-lens wearers.
Lash artist. Hybrid specialist, also leads our weekend KPP-style training for new artists from the community.
Brow lead. Eleven years across henna, lamination, nano-feathering and powder brow. Trained at Phibrows Bangkok in 2019.
Front of house. The voice on WhatsApp, our scheduler, and the person who returns your deposit when life happens.
The studio occupies 92 square metres at the south-east corner of Pavilion Elite's fourth floor. Three lash chairs sit behind a translucent linen curtain, a brow corner faces the only window (north-facing, for true colour matching), and the reception is small enough to know everyone in it by name.
We do not double-book. If you arrive 12 minutes early, there is a corner sofa, jasmine tea, and three quiet magazines to flick through. If you are 20 minutes late, we will WhatsApp and try to rearrange, but the next guest's slot is reserved for them.
How to find usAdhesives are decanted to fresh beads per guest. Tweezers are autoclaved at 134°C between sessions, not just rinsed.
Artists are salaried, not commissioned, so the recommendation you hear is the recommendation the artist actually has.
Before/after photos, lash map and bond batch are filed against your guest record so refills are consistent regardless of artist.
A short WhatsApp message at day seven catches retention or reaction issues early. Adjustments inside two weeks are complimentary.
Slots open three weeks ahead. Same-week appointments occasionally surface — the studio WhatsApp is the fastest route in.
