How we quote

Why are refill prices so much lower than first-set prices?
A full set is roughly two hours of work; a refill is 60 to 75 minutes because half the lash bed is already populated. We bill on the artist's actual chair time, not on a flat package mark-up.
What counts as a refill vs. a fresh full set?
If 40 % or more of the original lashes are still bonded, it is a refill. Below that and the time/effort to balance the set crosses into full-set territory.
Do you charge extra for sensitive-eye adhesive?
No. Low-fume slow-set adhesive is included on request and noted on your guest record so future visits use the same bond.
Can I have the brow tattoo perfecting visit on a different day?
Yes — we book the perfecting visit 6 to 8 weeks after the main session, included in the price. Schedule it during the same booking call so we hold time for you.
