Beauty services are personal, so this policy is shorter than most. The principle is that we would rather adjust your set than send you home unhappy — and if neither is possible, we refund.
If anything feels off within 48 hours of your appointment — uneven density, irritation, a section that came loose, an unexpected reaction — come back and we will adjust at no charge. Just message +60 12-784 3650 with a quick photo so we can prepare.
If a service cannot be made right — usually because the set has been disturbed at home in a way we cannot rework — we will refund the unused portion of the service. Refund decisions sit with the artist who performed the original work; we aim to confirm within 48 hours of your follow-up visit.
Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue and are non-refundable. They can be transferred to another guest free of charge by emailing us with the recipient's name. Any unused balance after a redeemed service stays on the voucher until expiry.
We stock a small range of aftercare products (foam shampoo, brow oil, silk pillowcases). Unopened products in original packaging can be returned within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. Opened or used items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, with the exception of items found to be defective — bring them in and we will replace or refund.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method, typically within 5 working days. Card refunds may take an additional 3 to 10 days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.
For international gift voucher purchases that cannot be redeemed because of travel changes, contact us within 12 months and we will discuss extension or refund options on a case-by-case basis.
